It was the Easter holidays. Happy Hannah woke up with a big smile. She was visiting Cousin Blessing and her family in the village. The visit was Hannah’s chance to get to know the rest of her family members. She was happy she had a wheelchair too. Her wheelchair would help her see all the wonderful creations in the village.

Hannah pulled the wheelchair close to her bed and sat on it. She was making her bed when Cousin Blessing woke up too.
“Morning Hannah,” Blessing said sleepily.
“Morning Blessing,” Hannah said excitedly.
“Hannah, why did you wake up so early?” Blessing asked.
“It is not early, it is eight o’clock,” Hannah said. “It is Easter. We can sleep until nine o’clock,” Blessing added.
Hannah was too excited to sleep. The girls brushed their teeth, bathed and dressed up for the day. Blessing wheeled Hannah into the dining room.
“Happy Easter,” the parents said. “Happy Easter,” Hannah and Blessing replied.

The girls joined the rest of the family for breakfast. Only Hannah’s brother Brian was missing. He had travelled to visit another relative.
Uncle Joshua sat next to Hannah. He was so happy to see Hannah in her new wheelchair. Uncle Joshua was Blessing’s father. Aunt Ruth was happy for Hannah too. Blessing was very hungry. She started eating before saying grace. “Blessing wait, we need to pray first,” Hannah said. Mother asked Hannah to pray for breakfast. They held each other’s hands and bowed down their heads.
Everyone said Amen and started eating.
